II. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive the returned item and verify that it meets the eligibility criteria, we will complete the refund processing within 3 days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment account. Please note that different payment channels may require additional processing time; we appreciate your patience.

III. Return Request Process
Log in to your steadypure.shop user account and navigate to “Order History.”
Select the specific order you wish to return, submit a return request, and provide a reason for the return.
Wait for our Customer Service team to review and approve your return request.
Ship the item back to the return address provided by Customer Service.
Once the merchant receives and inspects the returned item, the refund will be processed within 3 days.
